Want to do something fun with your kids? Bring them out to the greenhouse to start their own seeds in an egg carton! This activity is fun for all ages and allows them to get their hands dirty in nature, learn how to start their own seeds, and be responsible and nurturing by making sure the seeds have water every day. Children will be provided with all necessary supplies and will be sowing Sunflowers, Marigolds and Zinnia’s. A decorated cookie will also be included!
Come out to the PA Herb & Garden Festival located at The York Expo Center and visit us! We will have plants, seed packets, pots, accessories, and t-shirts available for purchase. Need a gift idea for Mother’s Day? Make your own flower pot gift and customize it just for Mom. Not only is this super fun for kids to put together and paint, but adults can make one for their mom too. Go all out and paint the whole pot, or simply leave it blank, Mom will be sure to love it either way!
How it will work:
Choose from a variety of sizes of old terracotta pots.
Choose your annual/perennial/herb/houseplant/succulent.
Pot up your selection.
Get creative!

Do you enjoy having fresh herbs to cook with? Creating your own planters? Come create your own herb planter to sit outside on your deck, patio or garden to harvest from throughout the summer. Your herb choices include Basil, Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Oregano, Lavender, and Rosemary. You may mix and match herbs!
Small Planter w/ 3 herbs - $15 Large Planter w/ 5 herbs - $20
